The location was prime, making it easy to explore the city. The balcony room was charming, and having a festive Christmas tree in the lobby added a lovely touch. Enjoyed cozy evenings with good views. Easy access to nearby attractions. It was a great spot during the celebrations.

I had a fantastic stay with the perfect location right in the city center. The staff was very helpful, especially Luis, who provided great recommendations. My balcony room had charming views and was comfortable. Breakfast on the patio was good. Highly recommend for couples! 🌟

Could be better – read on
While the staff were friendly and the location was prime, the experience was marred by excessive noise from nearby entertainment and hard, uncomfortable beds. A malfunctioning shower also contributed to a less-than-ideal stay. If you're looking for tranquility, this might not be the best choice.

Hotel Luna is a beautifully decorated gem, with charming rustic details and cozy seating areas, making it easy for seniors like me to relax. The outdoor patio was delightful for enjoying breakfast while overlooking the vibrant plaza.
Noise from nearby bands can be disruptive at night.

The location is unbeatable, right in the
heart of the city, making it easy to visit attractions. We also appreciated the staff's kindness, but the uncomfortable bed certainly made sleeping less enjoyable. Parking was a bit tricky, and the noise from outside didn't help either.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, a bar area, and 24-hour reception. I still remember when the staff helped me find dining spots on my first stay. I recommend trying the breakfast on the patio!

A Family Retreat in the Heart of Guanajuato
We spent two wonderful nights in a spacious quadruple room with a lovely balcony. The warm hospitality from Eduardo at the reception made us feel instantly welcomed. A short stroll found us in vibrant cafés like Café El Pinguis, where we enjoyed delicious coffee. Make sure to check out nearby dining options!

Charming room overlooking the Jardin. Enjoyed the romantic atmosphere with sounds from mariachi bands and church bells. Spacious room with high ceilings added character. Location made it easy to explore the city on foot. Staff, especially at the reception, offered excellent service. The noise from outside was overwhelming at times and disrupted my sleep. Breakfast left a lot to be desired—definitely not the best start to the day. Hot water fluctuated, which was frustrating. A bit more attention to some room details and breakfast quality could make this a stellar stay.

comfortable stay but challenging access
The air conditioning worked great, providing a much-needed escape from the heat! The staff showed a decent level of attentiveness during our stay. I particularly enjoyed the city view from my room. it added a lovely touch to my mornings.
Access to the hotel is not ideal, as taxis can't drop you off right at the entrance.
